Cleanpak, Inc. was organized as a domestic corporation and registered with the Securities Exchange Commission on January 29, 2010 under SEC Reg. No. CS201001285 and was registered with the Philippines Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) under Reg. No. 10-10.
We are a complete Tray Solutions Provider giving our clients full rounded products and services all the way from conceptualization to extension of product end of life. We enable the means for our clients to garner minimum cost and maximum use of their packaging/shipping trays.
Cleanpak offers manufacturing of Thermo-formed / Vacuum formed Packaging, Injection Molding, Mold Design and Manufacturing, Tray-washing and Recycling.
R&D support such as custom designed trays for HDD, Semiconductor, Automotive and Electronic components as well as consumer packaging such as blister packs are also part of our core service. We provide value by providing a means to recycle trays with specialized washing equipment designed to clean and prolong these products' service life.

Thermoforming / Vacuum Forming
Specializing in producing custom fit precision shipping, process and packaging trays from inception to manufacturing.
Tray Washing
Maximize your investment! Keep costs down while maintaining strict compliance to your quality standards. We utilize only High Purity De-ionized Water in our washing machine and process the cleaned and dried trays in a Class 100 clean room environment. Liquid Particle Count (LPC) Monitoring services are available on site for stricter quality control .
